The tube furnace should be composed of the following parts:

The temperature control system adopts advanced instruments with built-in artificial intelligence pid function. During heating, multiple heating sequences are actively carried out according to process requirements to achieve useful and accurate temperature control
The new furnace must be dried according to the requirements before use. Customers can develop heating curves according to their own requirements to use this furnace. When this furnace is out of service for a long time (accumulated for more than 6 months), it must be dried once according to the drying process requirements on this simulation sheet.
The furnace of the tubular furnace is a rectangular shape, heated by U-shaped silicon carbon rods on both sides, with a total of 4 pieces, making the device easy to use. It has circular holes at both ends to facilitate the passage of the corundum furnace tube through the furnace. The furnace material adopts 1500 type ceramic fibers, while other insulation materials use 1260 ceramic fibers, which have excellent energy-saving and rapid heating functions.
